On this practice day we will look at various aspects mindfulness and meditation, including some still meditation practices, some movement practices, mindful eating (over lunch), and mindful speaking & listening.
Apart from the mindful speaking & listening exercise, they will be held in silence. This Day of Practice will provide an opportunity to reconnect with and go deeper into your Mindfulness practice. Attendees must have completed an 8 week MBSR course or our Beginners Mindfulness 4 week course.
Within this 1 hour session you will be introduced to mindfulness techniques, the science and research behind mindfulness, and why as a man this is important to your health and wellbeing.
This 5 week programme will provide you with skills, knowledge and understanding of how to start and develop mindfulness with confidence, in a fully supportive way.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a highly researched, internationally acclaimed and popular programme that teaches the use of mindfulness in everyday life, improving health and easing stress.
A monthly group to continue and strengthen mindful personal practice.
