Whitehouse Funeral Services - Christmas Service of Remembrance

In December 2023 Whitehouse Funeral Services held a Christmas Service of Remembrance at Darlington Crematorium to reflect on the wonderful lives they have helped celebrate, pay tribute to and say farewell to. They also had a Christmas Tree on display at the Remembrance Service and in both their Darlington and Newton Aycliffe offices where families could place a tag in remembrance of their loved ones. They asked for a small donation for their chosen charities - ManHealth and First Stop Darlington.

Dorothy Whitehouse and the ladies from Sharing Together Crafts decided that for February's charity donation that they would like to donate £500 towards the Remembrance Tree donations meaning the total raised was a massive £1992.78!

Earlier this month Whitehouse Funeral Services presented us a cheque in the sum of £992.78 and they also presented a cheque to First Stop Darlington in the sum of £1000.00.

ManHealth would like to thank Whitehouse Funeral Services and all of the families who came along to the Remembrance Service or placed a tag on the Christmas Trees for the very generous donations.
